You will be welcomed at the airport by our representative and lead to Mirissa- the perfect travel destination for those who love a generous dose of sun, sea and sand. This destination provides excellent accommodation, an endless amount of excursions - all on the golden sandy beaches. You can also watch stilt fishermen visit the rubber and coconut plantations in the area or wonder through the ancient temples and spice gadens. The entire day is yours to explore the beauty of Mirissa.

On your second day you will indulge in the ultimate experience in Mirissa - whale watching. Nature’s largest creature - the blue whale, and many other awe-inspiring sea creatures can be seen in the waters of Mirissa. Witnessing large colonies of this incredibly rare species and others such as dolphins and sperm whales all in one location is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity. After an exciting morning, you can return to your hotel and relax and unwind for the day.

• Transfer from Mirissa to Tangalle following breakfast

• Early dinner followed by visit to Rekawa beach for turtle watching

Your third day in Sri Lanka will include a visit to Tangalle where you will check in to your hotel and prepare for an exciting night. The highlight of this day is sure to be the turtle sightings. Five of the 7 species of marine turtles visit a few shores in Sri Lanka - among which Rekawa is the most important. The in-situ conservation that takes place in this shore ensures that you get to see turtles and their eggs in a perfectly natural habitat. Even if you miss the opportunity to see turtles you are sure to have a memorable night adventure at the beautiful beach.

• Transfer from Tangalle to Udawalawa following breakfast
• Visit the elephant transit home at 12:00 noon to watch baby elephant feeding
• Check in at Udawalawe Hotel/Camping site
• Late afternoon Safari at the park

The next day you will make your way from Tangalle to Udawalawa. Your first stop will be the elephant transit home in Udawalwa that provides refuge to orphaned elephants. You will be able to witness a large group of elephants who are all under the age of 5 making their way to drink milk and showing truly heartwarming and playful behavior. Following this, you will check in at a hotel/camping site in Udawalawa and prepare for a late afternoon safari at the park. The Udawalawa National Park which extends across a large area is home to over 600 elephants including tuskers. It is the country’s main destination to see this magnificent creature year round. In addition to elephants you can also witness spotted deer, crocodiles, leopards, slot bears and an array of birds and reptiles at the park. You will retrieve to the hotel after the safari for your final night in Sri lanka.

Following a heartwarming breakfast, you will be guided to the airport well before departure.
